Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using ForzaComo you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use the site. We may update these terms occasionally; the “last updated” date above will change when we do.

2. What ForzaComo is (and isn’t)

ForzaComo is an independent, unofficial, English-language fan site about Como 1907. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any commercial relationship with Como 1907, Serie A, or any club or league. We do not use the club’s official crest. Opinions on the site are those of the authors alone.

3. Accounts, comments and conduct

You can browse ForzaComo without an account. If you register or comment, you agree to keep it civil: no harassment, hate speech, personal attacks, spam, or content that would be illegal to publish. We reserve the right to remove any comment and to suspend or delete any account, at our discretion, without notice.

You’re responsible for anything posted from your account. Signed-in users can edit or delete their own comments and close their account at any time from the account settings page.

4. Newsletter

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we’ll email you occasional updates during the Serie A season. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate.

5. Third-party data

Match, fixture and player data on ForzaComo is provided by Tattico and refreshed automatically. We do our best to keep it accurate, but stats can be delayed or corrected after the fact. Certain fantasy-football fields (player prices, ownership percentages, fantasy points) are stored in our database for historical fidelity but are never displayed on the site — ForzaComo is a fan site, not a fantasy tool.

6. Intellectual property

Editorial content on ForzaComo — the writing, the analysis, the site design — is © the authors and may not be reproduced elsewhere without permission. Player names, club names and factual match data are used for identification and commentary purposes only. If you believe your rights have been infringed, please get in touch.

7. No warranties, limited liability

ForzaComo is a hobby project we publish as-is, with no warranty of any kind. We don’t guarantee that the site will be available, accurate, or free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continued use of ForzaComo after a change means you accept the new terms.
